Decided to make this into a real portrait after all--put in a background, some highlights (people with dark monitors couldn't really see the features), refine the hair some. Hope the new version is better--I like it more, at any rate.

I like his facial structure and the full lips. He's got that slightly feminine look to him but not overly so (perfect for an Elven race imo). His eyebrows really take the cake though, they are perfectly done and look very realistic.

This seems to me a younger Zaknafein than I picture in my mind during the "Homeland" time period. I always pictured his cheeks more sunken and his face somehow more ravaged from all his internal turmoil (and messier hair, lol). Which is actually, probably very 'human' of me, heh.
I'm so glad you did it!! I hope you decide to follow up with the full-sized portrait. We'll all be waiting!
